  I recently ate at Donovan's with a few friends. The restaurant appeared clean and our server was pretty good (though she never brought me a spoon for my coffee which was old and/or burnt anyway). My dinner came with a salad and it was horrible. The tomatoes were old, the croutons were soft and chewy, and the lettuce tasted sour (even had a few slimy bits on it). I ordered the Caribbean Crusted Tilapia (menu description says, "crusted with our house blend of coconut, mango and papaya seasoning, broiled in a butter sauce"). Though the seasonings tasted good, the butter sauce was about a half inch deep on my plate. The fish was dripping with butter as were my tasteless veggies it came with.
  We dined at about 7:30pm. Come 10:30pm, I had incredible stomach pains that lasted for hours. I threw up once and had to "go the bathroom" a number of times. I will never eat there again, nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  This establishment was just purchased by new owners who are making drastic improvements to EVERYTHING. Please come back and give this place another chance... The food and service will not be a disappointment this time around!
